Contracts

Tom Black Service Center can offer several types of service agreement plans to fit your usage and budgetary requirements. The plans are listed as A, B and C type contracts.

Plan A
Total coverage. Scheduled preventive maintenance plus all parts, labor and travel necessary to keep your equipment in top operating condition.

Plan B
Partial coverage. Scheduled preventive maintenance calls plus labor and travel for emergency repairs at no extra charge. Parts are not included in this service plan.

Plan C
For extremely low usage instruments. This plan consists of scheduled preventive maintenance and a reduced rate for labor and travel. Parts are not included in this service plan.

Certification only plan
We are also able to certify instruments using NIST traceable test equipment to check electrical safety and certify performance to manufacturer's specification. We also offer certifications at an hourly rate. Please call for a quote.
